3. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

3.1 Digital Products

For e-books, audio programs, and downloadable resources:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • You must provide a legitimate reason for the refund request
  • Refunds are granted only if the product is defective, corrupted, or significantly different from its description
  • Once downloaded or accessed, digital products are generally non-refundable unless they are defective

3.2 Online Courses

For self-paced and instructor-led courses:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase or before completing more than 25% of the course, whichever comes first
  • You must provide evidence that you have attempted the course but found it unsuitable for your needs
  • Courses advertised with a specific "satisfaction guarantee" will be refunded according to the terms of that guarantee

3.3 Premium Memberships

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but refunds are only issued for the current billing period if requested within 7 days of being charged
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days, less any applicable administrative fees
  • No refunds are provided for any membership benefits already used (e.g., downloaded materials, attended events)

3.4 Webinars and Virtual Events

For live and recorded online events:

  • Refunds for live webinars are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled event
  • If you cannot attend a live event, you may transfer your registration to another person or receive access to the recording instead of a refund
  • If a live event is canceled or rescheduled by Wealth Mindset, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event
  • Recordings of past webinars follow the same refund policy as digital products

3.5 Coaching Services

For one-on-one and group coaching:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled coaching session may receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once without penalty
  • Coaching packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions if requested within 14 days of purchase
  • No refunds are provided for missed sessions or no-shows

4. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • After the applicable refund period has expired
  • For digital products that have been downloaded or accessed, unless they are defective
  • If you have violated our Terms and Conditions
  • For services that have been partially or fully delivered

  • For promotional items marked as "non-refundable" or provided at no charge
